Network platform
Planning Brain
in production
The network platform: units, clients, contracts and royalties on one system.
- Three apps behind one login: network operations, growth and finance for the group's 18 companies.
- 13 integrated systems: ERP, CRM, telephony, WhatsApp, paid media and the federal tax registry.
- An AI agent on WhatsApp qualifies leads and books the meeting on the closer's calendar.
- AI scores every sales call and meeting, quoting the exact passage, and writes the score back to the CRM.
- Built and run by the in-house team; 67 people used it in the last 30 days.
AI reconciliation
Recon, formerly Conciliador
in production
Matches what the ERP, bank, marketplace and general ledger say separately and flags the gap before the monthly close.
- On Planning's own reconciliation: 2,699 hours saved per month, about 98% automated.
- In live production it found R$ 5 million in unsupported entries in a single reconciliation.
- At the first marketplace client, the close went from 11 business days to 1 day of review.
- Also sold outside the network, to marketplace sellers and to controllership and audit teams.
Automated tax auditing
Brain Fiscal
in development
A second, automated check on every tax deliverable in the network: redundancy for the work of every unit.
- Compares each client's SPED filing with its own history, economic group, state, sector and product, and flags outliers before they become tax assessments.
- Statistical detection across peers, with no need for manually typed rate tables for each state.
- Data foundation ready: SPED Fiscal, Contribuições, ECD and ECF filings unified, pulled straight from the federal tax authority.
- First version in Goiás, for wholesale and manufacturing, covering ICMS.
